Urbaine was honoured to be named a finalist in the 2023 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence in the Consultants category.
At the awards luncheon in Brisbane on Friday 3 November, we were recognised for our strategic community engagement program to support a master planned development, created in collaboration with our client.
The brief involved re-establishing masterplan feasibility by restoring community trust through authentic community engagement. The collaborative blueprint was carefully designed to help remove barriers to much needed housing supply, while finding common ground with the community. This resulted in strengthening the social fabric of the region and transforming relationships between our client, the community and key stakeholders. The strategy underpinned the delivery of enhanced outcomes for the environment and future residents.
In such a wide category of Queensland consultants across a range of sectors, we are excited to be recognised among some of the best in the state.
